These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products purchased through the online store Wedding Moments. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Products
All products offered in this store are digital downloads (templates, website designs, files). No physical products will be shipped.

3. Order & Delivery
By placing an order and completing payment, you enter into a binding agreement with Wedding Moments. After payment is confirmed, your digital files will be delivered immediately via download link or email.

4. Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer law, digital content not supplied on a physical medium is exempt from the right of withdrawal once the purchase is completed and the files are made available.
By purchasing, you expressly agree and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires at the time of purchase. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are possible – even if the files have not been downloaded yet.

5. Usage Rights
All products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Wedding Moments.

6. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (or your local currency as converted at checkout). Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

7. Liability
Wedding Moments is not liable for:
• Incorrect use of files or software issues on the customer’s side
• Incompatibility with unsupported devices or outdated software
• Damages caused by unauthorized sharing or misuse of the files

We guarantee that the files are accessible and functional at the time of delivery.

If you experience issues (e.g. file not opening, wrong file received), please contact us. We will provide assistance and ensure you receive the correct product.
